It would be really useful if clinic owners were able to reset a user’s password. Currently, if we have such request, it can only be done by Doxy (may take a couple of hours to hear back).
They can go to xxxxx.doxy.me/forgot-password (where xxxxx is your clinic subdomain), have you tried that?
I agree completely and mentioned this to our Customer Success Manager several months back. We have walked through that reset process…it is slow and can sometimes take hours to process. We have followed other work arounds, but would really benefit from an expedited process or ability to assist users.
All I do is mimic them with their email and have the reset password go to their email, and then I tell them to check their email.
