Accepting Payment not working

My patients are not able to submit payment. An error message comes up stating that I can not accept live payment. I tried to charge the patient before the session begins and right after I started the call. The payment would not go through. HELP!!!

Another thing is it might be a problem with Stripe and your ability to accept payments through their system (they have their own verifications system). Have you tried reaching out to them?

Yes. Another team is trying to help me, Max with the issue. On my account it states that I’m ready to accept payments.
