In the Clinic Account Video Schulyer has an Administrative button just above the Logout button. My clinic account does not have that and I need to Add our logo, and work on patient workflow. Currently I do not have a good handle on the administration of the account.
I asked about that in the chatbot system last week when we signed up, but never got a response. After watching the YouTube video again, it looks like much of that functionality is under the Account Settings, though it doesn’t look like all of it is. I’m not sure if that is by design and they were migrating those settings over, or if our setups are just incomplete. I’m not real hopeful that this will be sorted out in the short term.
