Anyone having audio delays? There appears to be large spikes in response time in system metrics.
You mean the audio is lagging behind the video in your conversations? I think that’s typically a network issue. What do you get if you test your network speed?

Stats 310/mb/s down, 42.68mb/s up 16 ms latency. Other servers we are hitting our of capacity of 600mb/s. There doesn’t appear to be any issues with our connection.
i did. one session was canceled because no one could hear me. It may be because I did not remove patients from my waiting room before I invited others
Yes - 5 to 10 second delay in audio checked my speeds and seems to be ok…stopped the call and interview

Yes, I’ve been having some audio issues.
I was unable to hear my pt and/or they would hear me with crackling/static noise - tried disconnecting, having pt call back, refreshing, and tried 2 different ear pieces and nothing worked. I had to cancel the appointment. What can be done to fix this problem? I would greatly appreciate any feedback! Thanks
