Since 12/12, the API response time (from your metrics) has tripled and stayed at a much higher time. I have also noticed many providers reporting issues with sound quality and making connections without delay over the last 10-12 days. Was there a system change to cause this major change?
@Dylan @Schuyler Can you provide an explanation as to why the API response time dramatically increased on 12/12 and if this is related to sound/video quality issues and difficulty starting sessions? This does not seem to be an isolated issue.
