Appointment reminders

I have had several patients over the past week or so tell me they are no longer receiving the appointment reminders via text/email/phone call. I was wondering if something happened with that feature in the most recent system update. I see they still have the options checked in the chart on how they want to reminder sent to them, but they aren’t receiving it for some reason.

I had this happen with only one client.

There were some issues with Twilio messaging recently that were resolved this week. Let us know if you keep seeing this problem.

That said, @drastone, I’m not sure what you are referring to regarding “the options checked in the chart on how they want the reminder sent to them.” That does not sound like our system. Unless you are simply referring to the text invite modal and the checkbox at the bottom which you must check to indicate that the patient has consented to receive text invites.
