Hi There, I see on your status page that audio and video may not be working for firefox. I am writing to let you know that I am having audio and video issues in Chrome.
I don’t think it is Chrome or Firefox or Safari as each works fine some of the time. I think the issue is that Doxy does not have sufficient server capacity to manage the current user load. Perhaps they will work to fix this, but I think it is probably not an IT issue but an overall management issue.
I can hear my client but cannot see her. She cannot see or hear me. She is using Chrome. I sent her the directions I found on Doxy for correcting the problem with Chrome. It is still not working. Doe anyone have suggestions?
