Hello. We are a medium sized group (7-8 users at a time daily) subscribed to the premium service. In last few days many of us have had severe audio problems such as patient not able to hear us at all or complaining that we sound “tinny” and low audio. It makes no difference what computer, browser, wifi (5g or not), or rebooting, etc. Some of us have had to resort to calling patient on land line while doing video. What is going on?!
