Better call statistics and analytics


I have a clinic account and we are slightly disappointed with the call statistics and analytics. It would be cool if we could keep the patient name on file with the call duration so we can track in our system what patient complaints are taking the longest. We would also like to see how long patients are waiting in the waiting room on average. I’m sure there are a bunch of other cool statistics that would be nice to have as well.

I totally agree. I’m surprised that doesn’t provide more analytics with a clinic account to demonstrate its value to a practice.

We would love:

  • Busy days/times
  • Days/times when calls dropped
  • Average duration
  • Which providers did which calls in shared waiting rooms
  • To export a list of how long patients were waiting
  • When in a call, to see how long a patient was waiting before the call started (it currently just disappears)
