Blocked password

Yesterday, when I signed on there was a red bar on top saying that my email or password was incorrect. I had three sessions scheduled and no time to fiddle with that information. I saw my clients via Zoom.
I tried to sign in on Chrome and on Safari with the same result.
I had not changed my email or password. Everything was exactly the same as the last time I signed in to Doxy.
When I had time, I went through the process of resetting my password. Now everything is fine and I have used the program successfully.
This was an unnecessary and irritating problem that should not have occurred.

I have had the same thing happen to many times with some only a few days apart. I thought it was just a way to make more difficult to use the systems
