Call drops when client gets a text or phone call

When using phone, calls drop when client gets a text or phone call or I get a text or phone call.

Same. Help! Also need to make sure the Meeting History continues the clock if the session is resumed with the same client since our reimbursement is tied to exact start and stop times…in case we ever have to produce a log for an audit.

Thank you for your feedback. On iPhones, calls or notifications can disrupt the clients audio or video, Please try having your clients turn their phones on “do not disturb” mode during a call.
