Can Clients pay in the Agency's Shared waiting Room

Currently, our clinical staff is responsible for collecting payments at time of session. One of the problems this creates is that our “Front Desk” no longer collects fee and notes session occurred, meaning we’ve lost the check and balance of having 2 records in system. Can client’s pay in the the shared waiting room? That way, Admin could continue doing their job and also relieve clinician of burden to collect fee. Thanks.

I have added alternative payment options in my waiting room (Zelle, PayPal), but how do I get Stripe access for my clients while they wait and I’m focused on the client in the current session? I also want them to have the power to determine how much they’re paying on Stripe rather than just setting up their payment amount for them to complete before beginning the session.
