The last couple times I have needed to receive files from clients, the first PDF opens right up automatically when I download it on my end, and then after that, nothing happens – they don’t open and they are also not to be found in my downloads folder (Windows). What’s the problem here? Are we limited to one file, or can I do something differently?
Hi @moniquenoelle, I tried to replicate this and I could not. I was able to request and receive multiple files in the same session. Perhaps you could send a recording or screenshot to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help?
