Cannot share application window

Hello, today I attempted to screenshare (with a patient) a PDF in an application window using the screenshare feature (I have Professional account), but Doxy didn’t recognize that that application (Nitro PDF) was open, so I couldn’t share the document with the patient. This issue has not occurred in the past. Any thoughts about what might be going on?

Not sure if this relates, and it doesn’t explain why, but…I use OneNote to share with patients. Sometimes, I need to close and reopen OneNote after I start a new session for it to be able to be shared. Otherwise, it does not turn up in the list of screens to be shared.
