Your chat history stays after your call ends or after your patient leaves your waiting room so you can transfer any notes you need to your EMR/EHR.
Once you refresh your browser it disappears forever, by design.
If a client messaged you and then left your waiting room it should still be there unless you accidentally refreshed your browser. We currently don’t store any patient info so we would not be able to store chats with the meeting history but this is something we can let our development team know about this feature request.
