Chats Visible to all Providers

Our problem: When a patient enters the waiting room, we usually have a receptionist start a chat with them to get them checked in while they wait for the doctor to be ready. However, often, another receptionist or provider will start a chat with them, too, without knowing they’ve already been helped.

A solution: It would be a great help if there was a way to signal that a provider has already started a chat with a patient, or that the patient has been greeted/checked in.

Better yet, it would be ideal if all chats could be viewed by all providers, so that everyone is on the same page with patient communication.
