Yes I was having that problem with some of my clients. It may be the ones using a Mac platform that hasn’t been upgraded. Luckily last week I didn’t have the problem at all.
We have experienced this as well. Testing reveals that if you temporarily shut off your video, and turn back on, the problem ends. You may even try turning off your camera when you bring the patient into the room. Then turn your camera on.
