When I try to customize the waiting room it will allow me to add an image but it won’t let me add a URL link to the image. Please add this feature. I want to be able to add a url link to the images I post in the waiting room.

Hi! Thanks for posting, actually we do have this feature but it’s a little hidden!
When you are editing some text, highlight what you would like to be a link:
Then click the link icon and enter in what you’d like the link to be:
Hit ‘Ok’ and then be sure to ‘Save’ your edits, and you’re all set!
Try it out and let us know how it works.

Oh I’m sorry, I misread - clickable images not text. Well thank you for posting anyway! We will look into this and see if we can get it implemented for you.
