Connecting bluetooth headphones/mic disconnects USB camera

Samsung galaxy buds for the bluetooth headset, unknown USB webcam brand. The earbuds work fine when the webcam is disconnected. The webcam works fine with a USB mic or a plug in headset. The second I connect my bluetooth headset, the camera drops and says it is being used by another program. Checking task manager shows nothing utilizing webcam, also the webcam light goes off when the bluetooth headset is connected. Doxy is the only video service where this is an issue, have compared it with zoom which works fine in the same setup and with microsoft teams which works fine on the same setup. Please help.
I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting, unpairing and repairing, uninstalling drivers for both the webcam and the headset and re-installing with no success. I have tried multiple times to make sure that the doxy site is the only website accessed and the only program actively running.

Also want to make sure it is clear that while this is happening I have checked the audio settings to make sure that everything that I want connected is set as default and showing connected in both the windows settings and the doxy call settings.

Hello!
Thank you for letting us know about your issue.
Have you tried using another browser to see if that makes a difference? Please reach out to support@doxy.me via email, so that we can better assist you.
Thank you!

Yes, I have tried chrome, firefox and edge browsers all with the same issue. Chrome and edge turn off the camera when the Bluetooth Samsung buds are connected, while firefox keeps the camera running but disconnects the audio and mic from the Bluetooth buds- still showing that audio should be playing through them in settings and still able to play music or other websites while it is not connecting to doxy. All of these different browsers have been tested multiple times with resetting settings and pairings along with drivers. Again frustrating because this is not an issue with any other videocall service I use.

Thank you for the additional information! Have you tried toggling the audio during a call in Firefox? It would be under the call settings button.

Yes, I have tried that as well.
