Connection problems all week

I’ve had various difficulties with doxy all week and with every patient. There were dropped calls, frequent need to resynch, patients could see me but not hear me, etc. I had 3 sessions that we had to talk on the phone because my pt couldn’t hear me no matter what I tried. Today, I opened up doxy but just had a blank white screen. I tried several times and different ways but same thing happened. I even rebooted my laptop. Then, my patient got on but I still couldn’t. An hour later, I was able to get on but had difficulties with that call as well. I can deal with a random day but a whole week is unacceptable.
