My connection is showing “in session” as UNSTABLE to POOR.
And is freezing CONSTANTLY. It is very unstable Help!

Hi @sanfordmentalhealth, your connection speed is really great, so that must not be the problem.
The device you or your patient is using could definitely cause freezing, however. High CPU usage or a low-quality device can result in freezing or unstable connections. Do you have a lot of browser tabs open? or another high-intensity program running at the same time as your doxy.me sessions?
