When I am on a break, I stay logged in, allowing me to be aware when the next client enters. When the client logs-in, they see my status as “available” and the phrase “your call will start soon”. I would prefer the client see a different phrase instead, as this suggests that the call will occur shortly, which is not necessarily the case, as some clients enter the waiting room very early, or new clients might enter it simply to test the log-in process. Is it possible we have the option to customise this phrase (in the pro version)? Or that there are different phrase options to click on whenever I’m logged in and “available”?
