Long term Doxy user… Down detector? Patients can check in and then are immediately checked out
Patient was using iPad with both Safari and Chrome. The 2nd patient (in a row), I did not see what platform she was using.
I had the same problem on Thursday 11/11. Two clients checked in early (for different appointments) and were checked out after several minutes. Fortunately, I noticed the problem and called the clients. They both told me they thought they were checked in and didn’t know anything had happened.
Same here today. Called patient. They were using Safari. Switched to Chrome and no more problem.
Do you know what your patients saw exactly? Is it possible they accidentally refreshed the page?
