cannot find camera on Samsung Galaxy Tab S2

Client’s camera stopped working with doxy on the computer she usually uses for her sessions. She said: "Doxy cannot find the camera on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 using Chrome and Gmail. Both apps are up to date. I connected once via camera and have not been able to use the camera since. I have used (Allow Access to Camera in Chrome (Mobile/Tablet) | Help Center) and they have not helped.
I can connect with my phone–a Samsung Galaxy S10 with no issues.
What is going on here, and how to fix it?
