It would be great if the admins could access the users accounts in order to assist with set up and making sure their waiting room all are branding with logo, video etc. That way all users will display a seemless waiting room across the clinic that they are working with.

Something that we do now, is the Owner of the Clinic account’s waiting room is considered the “default” waiting room. So if you as the Owner edited your waiting room and then invite new users, they will automatically inherit your waiting room content.
Something else that goes along with allow an admin access is also not requiring the admin to have a camera and microphone! We put in a big warning sign when someone doesn’t have a camera and mic, but really the admin might never need to have a call and shouldn’t need a camera and microphone just to help setup the account.
