File transfer disconnects

Lately when transferring files to a patient on a mobile device, they go into “reconnecting” mode and never reconnect. They must re connect to continue

Is this happening whenever you file transfer with someone on a mobile device? iPhones have trouble opening a document while still on the call, patients can receive the document but it will not always let them open it…
