Group call audio

I never have audio issues in any of my one on one patient calls. However, every time I attempt to start a group call, none of the patients on the line are able to hear me, but I can hear them. My microphone in the doxy program is unmuted, and the device settings in doxy indicate that it is picking up audio from my microphone. This issue persists on both Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Has anyone experienced this issue or have any recommendations?
