Today Dec 20th it would not let me have a video call with two people, message said I exceeded number of users allowed? What is going on? What can we do in the moment to troubleshoot on an issue in real time? I was not able to use doxy and had to use another platform.

If you don’t, you will get a message that you need to upgrade in order to use this feature.
