Help getting logged on!

Hi, I use the paid service but I can’t find the log on ability on my phone anymore. Does anyone know how to establish my waiting room view again? When I go to it just gives me the ability to start service anew.

Thank you for posting, @kristopaz. If I understand correctly, you typically go to from your phone to log in, but you’re not seeing an option to do that anymore. I’m seeing the same problem when testing on my phone and I’ll follow up with the team on this. In the meantime, you can go directly to to get logged in to your account. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
