I can't hear patients, they can hear me. Pre-test calls work fine on both ends

For 2 days now, with all of my patients, I can’t hear them but they can hear me. Today they each did a pre-call test, but still I can’t hear them. Please help?

This appears to be a recurrent problem that is usually resolved by

  1. You disconnect the call after informing the patient to re-connect.
  2. Having the patient reconnect.
