I’d like a refund

I paid for a day thing it would allow me to do a couples session. For whatever reason it would not let me add two clients to the room so I had to subscribe with s different platform that day.

I don’t find the “help button” very helpful at all. I am not happy with the service/consistency of Doxy at all. I am requesting a refund–unfortunately I pre-paid for a year in advance not expecting such poor service. I really expected more from this platform and am disappointed.
