I pay for the professional doxy.me level on a monthly basis. I cannot find file transfer my log into doxy.me. Do I need to have a year-long contract to have the file transfer benefit?

I pay for the professional doxy.me level on a monthly basis. I do not have file transfer when I log into doxy.me. Do I need to have a year-long contract to have the file transfer benefit?

Thank you for posting, @drmarrazo. The file transfer solution should be available to all doxy.me providers on a Professional plan. There are two ways to access file transfer:

  1. Before a call, via the three-dot menu on a patient in the patient queue
  2. During a call, via the sidebar on the left side of the screen
