During a call my (provider) ipad screen freezes. I can hear my patients and they can hear and see me. I am unable to click on anything on the page as it is completely frozen. I have the most updated version of safari and have had this same experience using chrome on my ipad.
Yup … I have iPads freeze so often on Doxy! I generally have a spare iPad handy … today both froze (and hours later one is still frozen). It isn’t clear Doxy can successfully compete with other HIPAA compliant sites (Zoom etc) … the other sites prices are dropping and Doxy can’t ever seem to get their operation to run smoothly.
