Hello. I used my free version of doxy for my first session tonight. The test for the session was good, great connectivity and everything else looked great. The video call aspect was good for the first five minutes. My patient was clear and the voice was synchronized well. The issue was that my video was fine on my end, but I was not visible to my patient. What are some things I should look at to try to troubleshoot this issue?

Yes there could be a few reason your patient couldn’t see you. More than likely it was a problem with the camera, and a quick restart will set it straight.
