Issues with Un-muting clients

Is anyone else having difficulty un-muting clients? I am able to mute them just fine, but when I go back to click the mute button again to unmute them, the platform won’t let me do it. Clients are having to unmute themselves which is problematic because I work with children. I asked chat support and they just said that I should be able to un-mute them by clicking the button…

Yes! I had the same problem! Was able to mute a client, but could not get them back unmuted! Can the Doxy team give instructions for how to unmute the client, please?
