Issues with uniqueness of room name

In here:
Account Settings > Room Settings > Room name
it seems to check if the room name is unique across the whole of, is that correct?
It says the room name has already been taken. E.g. “team”. That’s incredibly restrictive.

But then, it confuses me that in here:
Account Settings > Clinic Settings > Manage Users > Add Users > Room Name
it seems to allow me to chose whichever room name I want.
Why would this latter place allow anything where the former won’t?

(I asked this in your chat system and was asked to post it here instead. Kennedy said: “This is because the clinic name is attached to the URL that you are changing in clinic settings, I am not sure why it doesn’t let you do this individually.”)
