Mental health during social distancing

It is important to encourage people to meet with therapists to cope with anxiety caused by the Covid 19 and its constraints. When our schedules and routines change, it is natural to feel stress and discomfort. It is important to cope with these feelings in order to be able to contine with our days. I work with individuals, couples and families to work with conflict, anxiety, depression, midlife changes and adjustment issues.
