We are using Pro and are considering upgrading to Clinic.
How can we have multiple employees on a call? We are looking to have one provider, one staff member (medical assistant) and one patient on the same call.
I see that we can grant access to rooms, but I don’t see that this would help with our need. Would the second employee need join the queue in the room like a patient and have the provider set up a group call?
