My camera and mic turn off while bringing client in from waiting room

Intermittently, when I bring a client in from the waiting room, my camera and microphone turn off in the process and then don’t turn back on. I can see and hear the client but they cannot see or hear me. I refresh the browser (Chrome on a PC) and that eventually fixes it, but often after several refreshes. This doesn’t happen all the time and I can’t determine a set of criteria to predict it. This has been happening for over a month now.

Any thoughts? Thank you!

I had the same experience recently except that refreshing 3 times did not make a difference. I texted my client throughout. Not a way to conduct therapy.

sound has been terrible. not only disappointing but detrimental to my practice and the quality care I try to provide. Is there a way to contact anyone for assistance with this?

This is also occurring for me lately.
