My mic keeps turning off automatically… any suggestions to keep it on?

My microphone keeps turning off automatically. Any ideas what’s going on. Also, how do I keep it from spontaneously turning off?

My team has been experiencing that too when starting the video call, and it’s usually camera and mic turning off though they’ve been on and working for previous clients. It happens randomly, not with every single videocall. I will email support about it, I suggest you do the same so they are aware of this.
