Need help quickly!

I need a live person to unblock a providers email. Tried the help button, doxybot doesn’t have my category programmed in. I click on Chat and nothing happens. I had to make a free account just to get on here because all (but the one blocked) provider accounts are being used. I have a new provider starting tomorrow and blocked her email because the email wasn’t set up yet when I created her account. PLEASE PLEASE if there is an admin on here, help me! We are a mental health office and have a patient in crisis that we won’t be able to see if someone from doesn’t fix this. PLEASE, DOXY EMPLOYEES, THIS IS IMPORTANT.
