Here is what I’ve done to trouble shoot. I have tried volume controls with other websites (music, youtube) and they work fine. I have tried with Safari and Chrome and doxy has same problem on each. The volume is consistent and low no matter how I move the controls. Interestingly, when a trial session was open but minimized, the volume was loud and controllable.
I have given Doxy almost a one year go of it. They seem unable to get this telemedicine service working without some sort of major glitch. Seriously, if it’s not one thing it’s another. I’m not sure if it’s a funding problem, or what.
I was having a lot of trouble a great deal of the time using my new iPad. I read that Apple’s IOS v15 update was causing issues. I am now using a PC, and have not had visual or sound issues. The laptop is about 3 years old, so the video is not as clear as it was on the IPad. But, at least I can do my sessions reliably. I hope Doxy is able to resolve its Apple issues.

Thank you for your comment, @dreweinberger. We deployed a fix this morning for the freezing issues on Apple products v15+. You should not experience them anymore if you return to your iPad.
