New Update to Chrome?

Dr S is telling me you did some updates to and he cannot connect from his home from Chrome. What updates and is there a fix?

Last 2 days we have had the same issue with Chrome. The site will be working and a test call is successful… then we connect with the patient. then an error comes up that another device is using the camera and then it disables the camera. Refreshing the page will bring back the proper connection. Also pt saying the doctor sounded like a chipmunk on multiple calls. Ended up just calling people for the day. Could have been a windows update or a chrome update. unable to determine which at this time. Doc is using his mac and no issues on that for now.

Any information on this? I have a client using Chrome and having problems with sound.

I’ve been with for a 2 + years. Half the time I have to use picture on Doxy and we have to use a phone call for audio. I know, frustrating. We’ve tried everything. Why can FaceTime work perfect with a client but can’t.
Now, the last week + I have just had garbling voices. So, frustrating.
