My microphone suddenly stopped working. I have tried EVERYTHING that has been suggested on the support pages, as well as a previous forum post by another user. Does anyone have any ideas how to get the microphone to work??? I’ve tried it in multiple locations, with different WiFi. I’ve updated chrome, gone through my computer settings, gone through Microsoft settings - nothing is working. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
So sorry for the trouble. Firefox did a new release on the 25th which could be the cause of audio issues. Are any of you clients using the Firefox browser?
The issue appears to occur when one participant is using firefox and the other is using chrome. We are working very hard to correct this issue. You can follow the latest updates on this issue on our status page, status.doxy.me
