Not receiving waiting room contacts

I have had multiple clients tell me that they are in the waiting room. We have both refreshed our browsers and still I don’t see them nor can connect. We’ve had to switch to other platforms or resort to phone calls.

We have multiple providers also having issue seeing their patients once they are checked in to their waiting rooms. Even after refreshing the page they still do not show up half of the time. Had patients state they had been waiting 30 mins with absolutely no notification on the providers side the patient has checked in. Been happening all week. Please address this promptly as it is greatly affecting patient care. Thank you.
