Patient can't hear a video I am screen sharing

I am having problems with screen sharing. The patient can see the video but cannot hear the audio. It has happened with 2 of my programs…so not just You Tube but also another program. This audio is important. Anyone know a fix?
Patient can hear me fine.

If you are using Chrome, you will need to select share my entire screen, and then select “share audio” at the bottom left hand corner and this will allow the patient to hear the audio of the video.
