Patient Status and Label feature for Clinics

We’ve had a few groups using our Shared Rooms features ask if they could add a label to the patient in the Patient Queue. Usually in these situations, an administrative person or medical assistant will meet with the patient first, and then once they are done want to mark the patient as “ready” to be seen by the provider.

Great idea. Information gathering, triage, and patient preparation for the visit can all be accomplished through this and then handed over to the medical provider. Allowing an audio or video call and then being able to keep the patient in the waiting room rather than disconnecting and bumping them out of the waiting room would be beneficial. Chat communication is fine but can be time consuming compared to direct questions.
