Patients with impaired vision

Just tried to have visit with visually impaired patient. Had to do phone call. She typically interacts with her iPhone using voice commands but could not control this way and could not get on the video call. Is there any solution to this already?

Yeah, that’s a tough one. is a web-based protocol, and not like an iPhone that can deal with audio commands as part of the device itself.

You may be helped by one accessibility feature-- allowing a patient to checkin to patient queue automatically. Would save your patient time by not having to enter their name on the web browser to enter the queue. Assumes your patient is capable of clicking a link in their SMS or email app.
