Multiple staff members are reporting of dropped connection while in the middle of a video conference, particularly while using other webpages. Patients are also unable to join waiting room or would get bumped out once brought into a video session. These issues have grown increasingly within the last week or so. We have two different doxy.me accounts and one is more heavily affected than the other. The account most affected has fewer users and far less waiting rooms created. Is this account specific and what is causing such a difference in performance?
