several clients Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday could not connect. Another platform had to be used.

Yes, I had the same thing happen on Monday and Tuesday I think. Had to move to a different platform.
also had this issue last week and part of the week before.
Same for Monday & Wednesday this week for me. The video got dropped by Doxy I believe. Had to re-load and reconnect with client but still was not great. Any better solutions without going to another platform? Thanks.
Most of my clients I know for a long time… so they don’t mind using the phone for those occasional hickups.
Today 2/22/221 all my calls provided low quality and sound and everything said was echoed on all my calls.
Not connecting to client’s video has happened frequently over last couple weeks
